Men’s Program

Testosterone, andropause and getting your edge back.

Manopause is just another word for andropause — the stack of symptoms that shows up when testosterone runs low. We measure it, treat it properly, and protect the rest of your endocrine system while we do.

What men come in saying

“I am doing everything right and still running on empty.”

  • Flat by mid-afternoon
  • Strength going backwards
  • Weight around the middle
  • Low drive
  • Short fuse
  • Foggy focus
  • Slow recovery
  • Broken sleep

If three or more of these sound like you, a panel is worth running.

Testosterone therapy

A program designed around your panel — not a standard dose.

Natural testosterone declines gradually with age, and the effects rarely arrive all at once. Our medical team builds a safe, proven protocol around your labs and your goals.

That means testosterone dosed to your numbers, gonadorelin to protect your own production, and estrogen control so the benefits do not come with the side effects.

Life-changing benefits men report

  • Increased muscle mass
  • Increased libido
  • Reduced body fat
  • Improved sexual performance
  • Healthier cholesterol
  • Strengthened bones
  • Moderated diabetes
  • Improved mood
  • Better skin tone and elasticity
  • More energy and stamina

The protocol

Three parts, working together.

Testosterone alone is an incomplete plan. Here is what a properly built men’s protocol includes.

Why do I need it?

Testosterone

Replacement therapy restores the vitality and well-being that fade as natural testosterone levels decline — energy, drive, recovery, focus and body composition.

Symptoms of low testosterone

  • Fatigue and low energy
  • Decreased libido and sexual function
  • Mood changes and irritability
  • Cognitive decline
  • Poor concentration
  • Reduced muscle mass and strength
  • Reduced stamina

Why do I need it?

Gonadorelin

A hormone agonist used to prevent testicular shrinkage and keep your body’s own production running while you are on therapy.

Gonadorelin helps prevent

  • Suppressed testosterone production
  • Infertility
  • Decreased libido and sexual function
  • Fatigue and depression
  • Testicular shrinkage

Why do I need it?

Estrogen blocker

Testosterone converts to estrogen in the body. Elevated estrogen in men causes belly fat, breast tissue, mood swings and loss of libido — so we keep it in range.

Symptoms of too much estrogen

  • Enlarged breast tissue
  • Decreased libido and erectile dysfunction
  • Mood swings and emotional changes
  • Low energy and fatigue
  • Weight gain and increased body fat

Testosterone therapy is prescribed only after a clinical evaluation and lab work. Benefits listed are commonly reported outcomes; individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

No contracts. Month to month, because we would rather earn it.

Questions

Men’s program FAQs

A full panel tells us. Being inside the reference range is not the same as being optimal — we look at your numbers next to your symptoms, not in isolation.

Testosterone alone can suppress your own production. That is exactly why gonadorelin is part of the protocol. If fertility is a priority, tell Meg at the consult so the plan is built around it.

Yes. Injections are simple, and you will be taught exactly how and when. We use injections rather than pellets so the dose can be adjusted whenever your labs call for it.

A recheck at six weeks, then annually with a full physical. Additional panels are ordered any time your symptoms or dose change.

Typically $30–$75 a month, depending on dosage, quantity and what your protocol includes. That is separate from the $85 membership.
