Women’s Program

Peri-menopause and menopause, handled.

Most women feel the effects of a hormone imbalance years before menopause arrives. We measure all three — estrogen, progesterone and testosterone — and restore them to the levels you had when you felt like yourself.

Peri-menopause

Testosterone is not just a men’s hormone.

Women produce high levels of testosterone through their early reproductive years. As those levels fall, the symptoms start long before a period ever becomes irregular.

At Regulate Rx we treat the peri-menopausal window on its own terms. Bio-identical hormones bring your body back into balance, and the all-inclusive program covers your medication and consistent monitoring the whole way through — so nothing is left to guesswork.

Menopause

Real hormone replacement, individualized.

We use molecularly identical hormones to restore your body’s optimal balance — back to the levels of your early reproductive years — and relieve the symptoms that come with the decline.

What we hear most often:

  • Belly fat
  • Hot flashes
  • Mood swings
  • Thinning hair
  • Vaginal dryness
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Painful intercourse
  • Decline in sex drive
  • Irregular or absent cycle

Your program is customized to your labs and your life: a personalized blend of medications plus the medical consultations, physical exams and checkups that keep it accurate.

The three hormones

What we replace, and why.

Your panel tells us which of these are low. Most women need a blend rather than a single hormone.

Why do I need it?

Testosterone

Often overlooked in women, testosterone drives energy, drive, lean muscle and mood. Levels peak in the early reproductive years and fall steadily from there — frequently before any other hormone shifts.

Symptoms of low testosterone

  • Fatigue
  • Decreased libido
  • Mood changes
  • Weight gain
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Hair thinning
  • Reduced stamina

Benefits of therapy

  • Improved libido
  • Easier weight loss
  • Better mood
  • Improved bone density
  • Better sleep
  • Increased stamina
  • More lean body mass

Why do I need it?

Progesterone

Progesterone is given alongside estrogen for women who still have a uterus. Once the endometrial lining stops shedding each month, progesterone keeps those cells from overgrowing — and it is also the hormone most tied to calm and sleep.

Symptoms of low progesterone

  • Fatigue
  • Hot flashes
  • Memory loss
  • Tender breasts
  • Anxiety and restless sleep

Benefits of therapy

  • Improved libido
  • Easier weight loss
  • Steadier mood
  • Protection against endometrial cancer
  • Reduced menopausal symptoms
  • Improved overall well-being

Why do I need it?

Estrogen

Estrogen controls the monthly cycle, and long after puberty it keeps protecting bone health, cholesterol and fertility. When it drops, the change is felt nearly everywhere.

Symptoms of low estrogen

  • Irregular or absent cycle
  • Decline in sex drive
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Vaginal dryness
  • Thinning hair
  • Mood swings
  • Weight gain
  • Hot flashes

Benefits of therapy

  • Stronger bones
  • Improved sleep
  • Firmer muscles
  • Improved mood
  • Reduced weight gain
  • Improved mental clarity
  • Reduced vaginal dryness

Hormone therapy is prescribed only after a clinical evaluation and lab work. Benefits listed are those commonly reported; individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Questions

Women’s program FAQs

No. Peri-menopause can start a decade before your last period, and testosterone often falls first. If the symptoms are there, the panel is worth running.

No. We use bio-identical injections and compounded medications so your dose can be adjusted the moment your labs or symptoms change — something a pellet cannot do once it is placed.

Some women feel a change within the first week or two. Give the plan four to six weeks; that is when we recheck labs and fine-tune the dose.

A follow-up panel and a consult with Meg to compare numbers against how you actually feel. Adjustments are included in your membership.

Yes, and many people do. Hormones handle what is happening inside; T-Shape 2 addresses skin laxity and contour on the outside. They are billed separately.
